Perishable Items
Due to the nature of our products (fresh, made-to-order food), we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been prepared, dispatched, or delivered-unless the item is incorrect, missing, or clearly not as described.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If you experience an issue with your order-such as receiving the wrong item, food that is inedible, or food that is never delivered-please contact us within 24 hours of your order.
We may offer:
- A replacement item
- A partial or full refund
- A discount or voucher for future orders
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may require photo evidence of the issue and a receipt or proof of purchase.
Situations Not Eligible for Refunds
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

- You were not available to receive the delivery
- You are dissatisfied based on personal preference without any product issue
Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Late or Missing Refunds

Delivery Issues
